2 home owners one wants to sell?

In Indiana I own 2/3 of a house and my brother 1/3. He has made no contributions to the home and does not want to repay me . He has hired a lawyer and wants it to be put up for auction. Does He have to repay me for my work and Taxes I have paid on the property . This installment of the taxs I have not paid since he does not want to help out can this prevent him from haveing it auctioned off or if he makes no contributuions lose his share of the house if I later pay for the the taxs and he does not pay nothing anh help in this situation is a big help thank you Wayne
