Being a horror movie, there are so many movies like this one. For example, there is The Texas Chainsaw Macre. Even though they are not mutants, they are psycho freaks. But the movies that are more like THEY are the Wrong Turn movies. They involve mutants who prey on the innocent for food. Even though the mutants in Wrong Turn live in the forest and prey on horny teenagers, the idea is still the same. You can't say that they copied from Hills because both franchises are for the same distributor, FOX.
