I look gay. I need to find a job as I am changing careers. Can anyone suggest some strategies for me?

I have discerned that one road-block to earning more for an educated, articulate, hard-working, multi-talented person such as myself is the first impression. I look gay. Trying to look heteroual does not work. I would like some management training, but I cannot find business attire that doesn't make me look huge. Any suggestions?
