Please Help Me WIth This Girl?

I really like this girl in my cl, but I am pretty confused about how she is acting toward me. I asked this girl out previously and she said maybe and that in a few weeks it would be better because she was busy. Now when I asked her out we really did not talk much and I could see why she said maybe. However, ever since I asked her out she has been bringing up conversations in cl, she will always be angled toward me, and whenever I change body position she will do the same and I can name many more. Before I get to the questions it's important to know that I am extremely shy and I usually do the talking on facebook and she talks to me in cl. I have not brought up a conversation in cl she does it all the time. Now for the last two days this girl has not been talking to me in cl, but she always looks like she wants to say something. She will often twirl her hair a lot and I have only noticed this in the last two days. What I want to know is that is this girl waiting for me to make a move and talk to her? And do girls usually act like this when they like someone and want them to make a move? I really don't want to mess this situation up and just for the hell of it what do you people think I should say to her in cl?
