Urgent tampon question? 10 points for most helpful answer!?

Ok, well this has been bothering me for about a year now. I'm 13 years old, and I've been on my period since I was 10. I first started attempting to wear tampons when I was 12. I literally wasted a whole box of tampons just trying to get the thing in! I never succeeded. I looked up diagrams on the internet of how to put tampons in. I read the directions on the box a million times. I looked on every website I could possibly find, trying to see what the problem was. I've tried putting it in at all angles, but I just can't seem to get it in! I've heard that it's possible to have a oversized hymen, but I really don't want to go to the gynecologist at this age. When I looked "down there," my was barely visible. I'm pretty sure my hymen covers almost all of it! And there are 2 tears in my hymen (I've probably ripped it by attempting to put all those tampons in!). So..please. If there's any possible way to get the darn tampon in, then please tell me.
