How much do people look for the roots of the world's economic free fall?

Partisan cop-outs constantly blame the Democrats, the Republicans, etc., but what about the elite? What about the Billionaires & those who are above even that, those who literally OWN that stuff we call money? Who decides on the value of money? Who actually profits greatly when the majority of the people on this planet are sinking lower & lower? How could wars even happen if the elite cl didn't bombard the media with propaganda, telling you who to fear, who to hate, & convincing you that you need to let them steal your income to finance m murder? Who are the culprits?
