Do I have Otitis Media? If so, How bad?

Last saturday i was at the doctor for ringing in the ear at night, i had a good amount of earwax removed from the ear and he also noticed a small amount of liquid in my ear, but it didn't think much about it. Later the ringing still happened at night and would later go away in the morning. Later in the week, the ringing turned into something continuous, and I noticed i had other symptoms as well, such as, unwillingness to sleep at night, change in appetite, headaches, and felt sickish at times. But I never had strong symptoms such as terrible sickness, high fever (in fact no fever at all), or anything of that magnitude. I am pretty sure I have Otitis Media so some extent, and my ears have now started to release pressure, crackle at times, and somewhat pop. How badly do you think I have it? And i understand it takes between 1-4weeks to fully go away, depending on how bad it is. Help please.
