How much can I expect to spend on a Wedding with 50 guests and a respectably nice atmosphere?

I would like to have a nice wedding, just graduated college and working full time. I have about $7000 saved up so far. His side of the family has 40 guests and mine is 10. His parents are willing to pay for their guests. I would like to get married in Colorado, Boulder/Denver area. Can you estimate an actual number and if you've had a wedding recently and pictures and details of guest number, type of food, etc. Thanks everyone!
