I love him, what should i do about this? [please help]?

ok, so i've been dating this guy for 5 months now. but the past week or so, we;ve been arguing alot and he's been kinda different then he used to be. he's allover a really good guy though, and I really care for and love him. we argued all day yesterday over something pointless, i basically got cussed at for no reason. later on that night he said sorry and he still loved me. i asked him if he still wanted to be together and he said yes. well today, my mom told me he wasn't allowed to spend the night anymore, because my grandpa had fussed at her for it. [we sleep in seperate rooms]. he lives in the next town over from mine, so i only get to see him on weekends and he just stays all weekend then goes home for the week. i told him to stay at a friend's house in this town, because he used to live here and has plenty of friends down here that he sometimes stays with. i said i will come pick you up friday, then we cann spend the day together and at night i will take you to your friends house and pick you back up the next day. well, he refused to do that for some odd reason. his dad and stepmom even live down here, so he could stay with them if all else fails, even though they dont get along. he kept refusing to do that, so i told him that if he didn't want to see me, we couldn't be together. and i didn't see him last weekend either, i haven't saw him in two weeks. i told him that because he was acting this way and saying "oh well then" and refusing to see me we couldn't date, and he said are you breaking up with me? i said yes if your gonna be this way. and he said **** this **** and i said so you don't give a **** about me anymore. he said, "yes i do. i really do. just don't ******* text me." and he won't respond to my texts. i don't know whats going on, or if we're still together. should i text him? i really wanted this to work out, and i truly love him with all my heart. please help! thanks.
