I m a textile engineer and completed my degree in 2001 but still not able to stand at some good position what?

what should i do i was jobless from last 3 years and feel at the same place at i was at the time of ping out from the college now i feel hopless and could not able to find any solution i have changed three jobs till yet but do not feel comfortable any where my frnds had got good position but i still feel worthless of my self please help me i will be greatful to u.
