Is this harment or not?

It never hurts to contact Yahoo,if it is on this site. Or you can call the local police station, and they can contact the website and get their IP address, then they can maybe track them down. I would create a new account, then what are they going to do?...... It might be a close friend just pulling your leg..... Hope this helps..........
