Therapy for IET soldiers?

Hey everyone. I am on Christmas exodus from Fort Knox right now and need some help. I have been searching local military bases and civilian for therapists to talk to and have not been able to find any. I still have exactly a week until I have to go back and am already getting anxious about it because I left on the 17th beat to the ground psychologically. This has also been slowing my PT progress. Seeing family and friends has been nice but it is making me sad because I feel like I have lost all that in my life which in essence I have. My self esteem has never been this low. I am in 19D (Cav Scout) OSUT which means I have to go back for another 8 weeks of complete and absolute goddam ******* hell. Mabye more if I cant p my PT test. Is there a way I could find someone to talk to while Im on break? I am hurting a lot.
