I dont know whats wrong with me?

okk well my ex bestfriend's ex boyfriend have been talking on the phone alot here latley and we both like eachother, well like a year ago when my ex bestfriend and him were going out i would hang out with them sometimes, and just the other night he told me that he thought i was cute when they were going out, anyway, he wants to hang out with me and i wanna hang too, but everytime we make plans too i always bale out and i dont know why i do! I know its not b/c i dont wanna hurt my ex bestfriend b/c i dont care, but i hvant seen him in almost a year, and i think it could be maybe that i think he wont like me but he always says that my pics are pretty and he said i was cute when we use to hang out, but i dont know ! why do i keep baleing out for!!?????????????????
