Can the mother of my daughter LEAGALLY put my information on the birht cirtificate without my knowledge?

Im going to court soon at thats my biggest issue along with statitory but thats a whole nother thing. but im just curious because by the time i came in the room all my information was on the birth certificate all i had to do was sign it which i didn't know at the time but ive lost my rights to a perternity testing having my name on the BC
