Should the dealer fees and taxes really be this high?

Tell him to shove it where the sun dont shine he is making money on the price of the car and screwing you for his tax as well walk away and go to a reputable garage ,one that has the price on the car window stating that this includes all taxes and transfer payments there are loads out there .
