Do You Have Any Unique Ramen Recipes?

I love to eat ramen so much, but I've rarely experimented with the preparation. The only thing I've ever changed in my ramen was mixing miso in the broth *it was DELICIOUS!* Do you have any unique ideas on how to prepare your ramen?
