I think I know the reason why the US has not significantly eliminate the drug problem im this country?

I think drugs like cocaine are primarily used by caucasians due to the expense, but drugs like marijuana which is far less expensive, are used by hispanics and blacks moreso that whites for sure. I disagree with your theory that "officials dont want the public to know that this problem is intensified by white users...". I've seen more cocaine busts than any other drug in my city via the media and your "officials". They seem to have no problem offering the info here!
