Cobwebs, decorations, halloween?

Yeah, you can just buy the premade cotton cobwebs in stores. Also, for the witch potion, get some lemon lime soda, some lime sherbet ice cream, and some dry ice chunks. stir the ice cream and soda so that the ice cream is almost all melted, add the dry ice for a bubbling and smoking effect. i know that you should use 3 qts of soda, but i don't know how much sherbet you should use, oh well, just add to taste. hope this helps.
