How do I know if I am Alergic to Bananas, Cantaloupe, and any kind of Melon?

Whenever I eat any of the above I start to get this Itching sensation around the corners of my mouth. And I get these little red hot bumps around my lip as soon as i eat them. Is there any chemical or something in either one of these fruits that causes me to get that allergic reaction. Please tell me what could be causing it and why. I've been searching this up for 2-3 days already and... no dice.
