Spybot search & destroy ignoring key loggers?

I started up my pc and spybot search & destroy poped up while windows was loading abd started scanning and i looked what it was scanning it was scanning things like "keylogger" and "hacker" "spybot" its never done this before its scanning words like "backdoor" what happening spybot is ignoring them!
